Experience

Enric is a senior associate at DWF-RCD’s Administrative Law and Urban Planning Department, an area of law in which he has over 27 years of experience. His expertise is especially focused on advising on administrative matters related to public bidding, administrating public services, local law, urban planning, compulsory purchases, the environment and financial liability, among other areas.

Before joining RCD, Enric spent fifteen years in public service, having been Secretary of the of Parets del Vallés Council and Director of the Legal Services and Procurement of the town council. He had also served as Head of the Territory Department, and as Department Secretary, in the same municipality.
