Experience

Iratxe has spent her professional career in the areas of contract law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and commercial and finance law. She provides ongoing general commercial and contract advice to companies and groups of companies. She also advises on domestic and international investment, divestment, purchase and acquisition deals, and acts as the sole or partial advisor for both lenders and receivers in transactions involving corporate financing, acquisition financing, syndicated financing, guarantee package structuring, real estate project financing, refinancing and debt restructuring.
