Experiencia

Ignasi fue uno de los miembros fundadores, siendo ahora socio codirector de RCD. También es el socio responsable de Relaciones Internacionales y del Área de Innovación y Emprendimiento, que engloba las prácticas de iniciativa emprendedora, venture capital, corporate venturing y spin-offs académicas.

Cuenta con amplia e intensa experiencia en asesoramiento legal a emprendedores e inversores en procesos de negociación y alianzas estratégicas. También ha colaborado con diferentes entidades públicas de investigación y en la creación de empresas basadas en el conocimiento (spin-offs).
