Experiencia

Jordi lidera el Área de Derecho Concursal y frecuentemente es solicitado por grandes empresas para gestionar situaciones de insolvencia y concursos de acreedores, a las que ofrece un asesoramiento integral, tanto desde el punto de vista jurídico como económico y financiero.

Ha actuado como administrador concursal en más de 200 procedimientos de distintas jurisdicciones en España y es Presidente de la Sección Mercantil, Concursal y de Actuaciones Judiciales del Colegio de Economistas de Cataluña.

  • Autor de diversas publicaciones sobre la nueva reforma concursal, la regulación del registro público concursal y los plazos procesales básicos para el administrador concursal
