Experience

Albert has extensive experience in Bankruptcy Law, whether from the point of view of the bankruptcy administration, the bankruptcy company’s lawyer, or in representation of the insolvent company’s creditors.

He has participated in numerous bankruptcy proceedings in recent years, advising both large companies involved in debt restructuring or insolvency processes, as well as their creditors.

He is also regularly appointed as an insolvency administrator by the courts.
