Whistleblowing Channel
The RCD Group provides the following whistleblowing channels as part of its Internal Reporting System, in order to facilitate the notification of any irregularities that may constitute a breach of the applicable regulations, in accordance with the provisions of Spanish Law 2/2023 regulating the protection of persons reporting regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption (Ley 2/2023, de 20 de febrero, reguladora de la protección de las personas que informen sobre infracciones normativas y de lucha contra la corrupción).
These channels are available to shareholders, investors, members of the board of directors, employees, interns and trainees, Temporary Employment Agency (ETT) personnel, agents, intermediaries, collaborators, suppliers, and other individuals working for or under their supervision, as well as former employees and individuals applying for positions.
