Experience

Having practised for over fifteen years, Álvaro has extensive experience in the procedural field and in civil, administrative, and criminal conflict resolution, participating in the entire process: legal advice, design of strategies, and client defence in pre-litigation and litigious matters.

Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work with both national and international clients. He has proven experience with courts of various jurisdictional orders.

In the civil and administrative areas, his experience in the aeronautical and insurance industries stands out, with a special focus on contractual, extra-contractual, and criminal liability.

In the criminal field, he has had the opportunity to work on crimes of economic and commercial relevance, such as crimes of fraud, misappropriation, seizure of assets, disclosure of secrets, against workers' rights, and intellectual property, among others.

Before joining RCD, Álvaro advanced in his career at Santiago Mediano Abogados (a law firm specialised in Intellectual Property) and prior to that at Razón Legal (a law firm specialised in Aeronautical Law).
