Experience
Andrea specialises in international tax planning for both legal and natural persons. She has extensive experience in advising companies and individuals on tax matters, both domestically and internationally.
Her professional experience covers issues related to the application of double taxation agreements, cross-border M&A transactions, advising individuals under the special regime for displaced persons in Spain, as well as advising venture capital entities.
Prior to joining RCD, Andrea advanced in her professional career at Baker McKenzie.
