Augusto specialises in corporate law and has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property, technology, and data protection.

He works as an advisor for important national and international companies in matters of copyright, technology transfer (R+D+I), software, patents and trademarks, trade secrets, plant varieties, sports, advertising, e-commerce, and unfair competition, also practising as a certified DPO (Data Protection Officer) in matters of data protection.
