Bernard has extensive experience in Bankruptcy Law, especially in the areas of prevention, restructuring and insolvency.
He was the CFO of companies from a variety of sectors for ten years (automotive, lighting, food, and gambling). He advises on viability plans, bankruptcy lawsuits and insolvency agreements, labor force adjustment plans, purchase and sale of productive units, company valuations, economic expert reports, and much more.
