With over fifteen years of experience, Carlos is a specialist in procedural law and has intervened in numerous national litigation and arbitration processes. His specialisation in financial, contractual, real estate, and construction law conflicts is noteworthy, as well as his specialisation in the definition of strategies in the pre-litigation phase. He also has extensive experience in bankruptcy law, both with bankrupt companies and with bankruptcy creditors.
He advises a wide range of clients, including listed companies, financial entities, construction companies, electricity companies, entities of the automotive industry, and national and foreign insurance companies.
