Experience

With almost thirty years of experience, Cristina is an expert in company and industry-specific collective bargaining, company restructuring, outsourcing and service internationalization. She has acted in representation and defence before the National Court and the High Courts of Justice, for both individual and collective procedures.

Cristina has also designed training programs for directors, managers, area managers and HR technicians. Before joining RCD, she occupied a senior role in the Labor and Employment area of KPMG consulting firm, which she joined from Cusan Abogados, a leader law firm in the Spanish market for Employment Law and Labor Relations.
