Experience

David has extensive experience advising companies in the national and multinational arena. As an innovation and entrepreneurship lawyer, he offers full legal services to entrepreneurs as well as technology and biotech companies (start-ups), accompanying his clients through all stages of the project lifecycle, from the conceptualisation to investor negotiations to the implementation of flexible payment plans, and beyond.

He stands out for his role in the advising of numerous financing rounds, sale and purchase agreements (SPA), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), for both national and international companies.

Additionally, David also has vast experience in advising universities, biomedical foundations, research centres, entrepreneurs and spin-off companies in issues related to the protection and use of the results of their research, as well as in technology transfer processes and the creation of spin-off companies.
