Ripollès has an extensive career and ample experience advising on employment and social security law. The new partner is joined by Daniel García who incorporates as an associate in the same area

Global, dynamic and innovative law firm DWF-RCD has announced the incorporation of Dídac Ripollès as a partner in the Labour and Employment Area. This incorporation will reinforce a key department within the firm's structure, made up of a team of over 25 highly specialised professionals.

Ripollès has over 20 years of experience advising on employment matters and is a specialist in labour and social security law. In particular, he is an expert in restructuring processes, international relocations, labour and social security inspections, collective bargaining and disputes, and labour litigation. Ripollès has developed his career in first class law firms.

The new DWF-RCD partner holds both a law degree and master’s degree in Business Law from the ESADE University.

In addition to Ripollès, DWF-RCD incorporates associate Daniel García into its labour and employment team. Daniel is a specialist in labour law, social security and collective bargaining.
