DWF-RCD advises Voxel in the acquisition of the australian start-up Troovo
With the deal, VOXEL will boost its B2B payment line
DWF-RCD, a global, dynamic and innovative law firm, has advised Voxel, a company specialised in electronic invoicing and B2B payments, leader in the tourism industry, in the acquisition of the Australian start-up Troovo with the aim of strengthening and consolidating its B2B payment solutions. Voxel will thereby integrate Troovo technology, winner of the Business Travel Innovator award in 2018, into the baVel Pay payment platform.
With this operation, Voxel reinforces its commitment to B2B payments and extends the capabilities of baVel Pay's Payment Manager, the first, and currently the only Payment Manager on the market that implements the technical specifications and standards of the Open Payment Alliance. After this acquisition, baVel Pay plans to process around 6 million transactions, worth 2,400 million euros, in 2022 and multiply this figure by ten in the next 5 years.
