DWF-RCD incorporates Ignacio Aragón as a corporate and commercial partner

DWF-RCD, a global, dynamic and innovative law firm, takes a step further in its growth strategy and its focus on the best talent with the incorporation of Ignacio Aragón as a new partner in the Corporate and Commercial Law Area.
Aragón is a specialist in commercial and corporate law, and has extensive experience in corporate governance, both for listed and unlisted companies, as well as in advising in conflicts between partners. He is also an expert in mergers and acquisitions, in real estate transactions and in the stock market, both in its regulatory aspects and in equity capital markets. He has advised national and foreign clients on Takeover bids (OPAs), IPOs, securities issuance, M&A transactions and corporate restructuring.
The new partner of DWF-RCD has a Law Degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid, and has several Master's Degrees from top-level universities and business schools, including a General Management Program (PDG) from IESE. Before joining DWF-RCD, Aragón advanced in his career in prominent national and international law firms, as well as in the banking sector. Ignacio joins DWF-RCD alongside a team of professionals.
