DWF-RCD, recognized among the most outstanding firms by Chambers and Partners

Chambers and Partners has recently released the results of its Chambers Europe 2020 guide. In it, DWF-RCD has improved its position as a benchmark firm in the legal sector with the inclusion of nine practices recognized in the Spanish section of the guide. Among them stands out the recognition of DWF-RCD as Band 1 - the highest valuation of the directory - in Private Equity: Venture Capital. In addition, the firm repeats in the five existing practices in the Barcelona section: corporate, tax, dispute resolution, employment and bankruptcy.
On an individual level, the firm has also improved the number of outstanding lawyers, with 27. A significant part of the individual mentions obtained have implied an improvement in the band of our professionals. Among these mentions stands out the fact that three of the eight best Spanish lawyers in Private Equity: Venture Capital are lawyers of the firm (Ignasi Costas –Band 1 for the third consecutive year–, Carles Ros and David Villa –both Band 2–), as well as the position of the Tax Area, which highlights both José María Durán, Jorge Sarró and Diego Artacho. Also, Jordi Albiol, Head of the Bankruptcy Law Area, has achieved his first Band 1 in Restructuring/Insolvency: Administration.
