Your data will be processed by the company of the RCD Group which you have contacted or with which you have a relationship (hereinafter RCD). The company responsible for the processing will process the data in order to maintain or establish a commercial relationship, manage the existing relationship between the parties, carry out the provision of services, comply with the legal obligations derived from said provision, and send you information about news, events, and activities related to the world of Law and the legal services of RCD.
The legal bases for the processing of personal data are (i) the execution of the service contract; (ii) the compliance with our legal obligations, including those related to the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism; (iii) the consent given, and (iv) the legitimate interest of RCD. The data will be kept for the duration of the relationship and for the period necessary to meet the corresponding legal responsibilities. RCD may share the data with companies of the RCD Group (identified on our website, www.rcd.legal) and, when necessary, with other legal professionals and competent authorities and jurisdictional bodies that require it by legal obligation and to the extent necessary to fulfil the purposes expressed.
