Experience
Fernando specialises in tax planning and advice for corporate groups. In particular, he has participated in a range of acquisition processes and the sale of businesses, as well as company restructuring in national and international environments.
Likewise, he frequently advises companies in areas of taxation within the pharmaceutical, health, industrial and FMCG sectors, as well as high net worth individuals and their family offices.
Fernando has also collaborated in the management and financing of tax credits derived from, among others, R&D and technological innovation, as well as from the film industry.
Before joining RCD, Fernando developed his career in the taxation department at Garrigues and PwC.
