Experience

Iñaki has extensive experience in the corporate and commercial field. He is an expert in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, corporate governance, private equity, venture capital and contractual law. He has advised on transactions of great importance for all types of organisations and also has great experience in advising family businesses.

Likewise, he provides expert advice to start-ups and entrepreneurs and accompanies them through every project stage, such as the negotiation with investors, drafting a shareholders’ agreement, etc.
