Experience

Ignacio has over twenty years of experience. He is specialised in dispute resolution, having intervened in many national and international litigation and arbitration proceedings. He is well known for advising on corporate, financial, contractual and personal liability, and insurance disputes, defining strategic plans in pre-contentious stages, as well as inheritance and family law affairs. He also has extensive knowledge of bankruptcy law and good governance practices.

He has comprehensive experience dealing with disputes relating to insurance law and insurance coverage for various types of incidents. He is also actively involved in the pre-litigation and judicial stages of proceedings, as well as in extrajudicial transactions.

He advises a wide range of clients, including family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, insurance companies, venture capital firms, and electric companies.
