Informative note on the immediate action protocol adopted for the Mobile World Congress
RCD’s IP Department explains the action protocol adopted by the Court of Barcelona to resolve IP disputes during the congress.
The protocol will serve to process requests for protective measures as a priority, in case products that can derive in the infringement of technology patents, industrial designs, brands or intellectual property rights, or in the case that such products can constitute unfair competition or illicit advertising.
