Inmaculada specialises in providing tax advice to leading national and international corporate groups, family-owned businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. Her expertise encompasses the design of corporate restructuring transactions, company acquisition processes, and the provision of ongoing tax advice on direct and indirect taxation for both natural and legal persons.
She also has extensive experience in tax proceedings, acting on matters relating to tax administration and audits before all tax authorities, as well as in the preparation of appeals and claims through administrative and contentious-administrative channels.
Prior to joining RCD, Inmaculada advanced in her professional career at J&A Garrigues.
