Javier specialises in real estate law and financing. With over 15 years of professional experience, he has advised on all types of matters, including complex real estate transactions, financing, leases, and contracts.
His extensive experience in the real estate sector has enabled him to advise on all types of real estate and financing transactions for both domestic and international clients, such as REITs (SOCIMIs), investment funds, joint ventures, servicers, construction companies, and developers, building close relationships with Spanish and international real estate operators and financing entities.
Prior to joining RCD, Javier pursued his career at Clifford Chance, Pérez-Llorca, Baker McKenzie, and Fieldfisher.
