Experience

José María was a founding member of RCD. He has over twenty-five years of experience in tax and wealth management and is specialized in corporate and commercial taxation, both at the national and international levels, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and restructuring, business collaboration, venture capital, financial structures and financial products, as well as the internationalization of companies and their taxation.

Recognized for his experience in both the Spanish and international tax systems, José María regularly handles leading cross-border operations, as well as all types of tax procedures before banking authorities (Bank of Spain), the Spanish Tax Agency and numerous foreign entities.

José María has extensive experience in tax planning and in all kind of investments, as well as in advising on wealth restructuring and assets management for wealthy individuals, offering specific advice often tailored to the sports sector. His clients include important national and international financial institutions, investment funds, trust companies, family companies, private banking and other important financial institutions, as well as wealthy families and individuals with multiple national and international interests. These clients belong to a wide range of sectors, among them, the industrial, technological, banking, financial and telecommunications sectors, in addition to the infrastructural, sports and energy industries.
