Tax lawyer with extensive experience providing general tax advice to national and international business groups, family businesses, and private individuals, having advised on all direct taxes (corporate income tax, personal income tax, wealth tax, inheritance and gift tax, non-resident income tax) and indirect taxes (VAT, property transfer tax and stamp duty), as well as in the field of international taxation.
Juan José has also provided assistance in all types of tax proceedings, restructuring transactions, and tax due diligence.
Prior to joining RCD, he advanced in his professional career at KPMG Abogados, BDO Abogados, and Garrido Abogados.
