Juan Pedro is specialised in Corporate & Commercial Law and has extensive experience in the areas of Company Law, M&A, Restructuring and Insolvency, and in the Energy industry.
Juan Pedro, in addition to M&A transactions, especially in the energy market, advises on all types of civil and commercial litigation and insolvency proceedings, both as insolvency administrator and as legal counsel to the insolvent company.
Before joining RCD, Juan Pedro advanced in his professional career as Managing Partner of the law firm Dueñas Ruart Abogados.
