Today, Cinco Días has published an opinion piece signed by Cristian Valcárcel, Partner of the Bankruptcy Law Area, which analyses the new legal interpretations on the liability of employers in bankruptcy proceedings, with special reference to the termination of employment contracts
It also emphasises the importance of the appointment of insolvency administrators to manage these terminations and how lack of action may lead to severe legal consequences for the employer, both in the field of natural persons and legal entities.
