Experience
Marc has extensive experience in providing comprehensive advice to both domestic and international clients on the negotiation of M&A transactions — including both share deals and asset deals — acting on behalf of both buyers and sellers. His involvement covers the entire life cycle of the transaction.
He also advises on the restructuring of national and international corporate groups, joint ventures, mergers, demergers, and all types of corporate restructuring, as well as on private equity and venture capital transactions and capital markets matters. Furthermore, he has a strong track record in the energy sector, where he advises on the structuring and execution of M&A transactions for energy projects, the negotiation of power purchase agreements (PPAs), EPC contracts, and O&M contracts, as well as on the design and implementation of self-consumption projects and securing financing for them.
Furthermore, he provides comprehensive advice on company law and corporate governance, with a particular focus on the drafting, negotiation and execution of shareholders’ agreements and joint venture agreements. He has extensive experience in the prevention and resolution of corporate and shareholder disputes — including proceedings to challenge corporate resolutions, bringing liability claims against directors, corporate deadlocks, and the withdrawal or exclusion of shareholders — combining negotiation strategies to defend his clients’ interests.
