Experience
Moisés has about fourteen years of experience in tax advice. He is an expert in the design, execution and monitoring of the fiscal policy of small and large companies, as well as the personal assets of its partners (family business).
Likewise, he provides tax advice on different corporate restructuring and Due Diligence processes as well as recurring tax advice on direct and indirect taxation, both of natural and legal persons.
Prior to joining RCD, Moisés was a tax attorney in Cuatrecasas and Toda & Nel-lo Abogados.
