Nemon, specialised in software for energy traders, completes its sale to Eneve
Nemon, specialised in software for energy traders, has completed its sale to the international group Eneve, based in the Netherlands, which operates in the same sector
The transaction will allow Nemon to maintain its local expertise whilst expanding its technological capabilities to serve more than 100 energy trading companies in Spain and Portugal.
In parallel, the integration will enable the Dutch company to strengthen its presence in the Iberian market, as well as boost the growth of its workforce and turnover.
A team led by David Villa and Pablo Miró advised Nemon on this transaction.
