Experience
Oscar has extensive experience in the legal representation of natural and legal persons in criminal proceedings. In particular, he specialises in tax and economic crimes.
In addition, as a result of his training as an economist, Oscar has significant experience in the preparation of expert tax reports for proceedings involving offences against the Spanish public financial authorities.
