RCD welcomes Borja Díaz-Guerra as a partner in the Corporate and Commercial Law Department
RCD, a law firm of reference, advances in its solid growth plan with the incorporation of Borja Díaz-Guerra as a new partner in the Corporate and Commercial Law Area.
Borja has over 17 years of experience advising on corporate and commercial matters, particularly on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, due diligence processes, and corporate reorganisations, providing advice to both national and especially international clients, including investment firms.
The new partner of RCD holds a Law Degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master's Degree in Legal Advice from IE Law School. He has been recognised by the most prestigious international legal directories and is a member of the Law Society, qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
Prior to joining RCD, Díaz-Guerra advanced in his career at various national and international law firms.
This new hire is one of the moves that the firm has carried out in line with its commitment to talent and its ambitious growth and expansion plan which, in recent months, has been embodied in relevant incorporations in strategic areas and actions such as the expansion of the Valencia office and the opening of the Córdoba office, the firm's second in Andalusia.
