Jordi Diosdado is a labour and employment lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising national and multinational companies. He specialises in collective bargaining, litigation, collective disputes, and employment audits, with a strong track record in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, retail, and tourism.
He holds a Law Degree from Pompeu Fabra University and a Master’s in Labour Law and Social Security from the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). In addition, he combines his professional practice with teaching as a professor of International Labour Law at OBS Business School.
Prior to joining RCD, Jordi advanced in his career at renowned law firms, gaining significant legal expertise.
With this new addition, the firm strengthens its Labour and Employment Law Department and its ability to support companies in addressing their current challenges in the workplace.
