Ricardo is a lawyer specialised in tax law with extensive experience in providing tax advice and comprehensive tax planning for national and international corporate groups, private investors, family businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices.
His expertise includes the tax structuring of projects, the acquisition and disposal of businesses, corporate restructurings, and due diligence procedures. He also advises venture capital funds and firms, fund promoters, management companies, investors and financial institutions on the implementation of private equity projects, participating in all stages of a wide range of investment transactions.
Ricardo also has extensive experience in providing advice and representation in a wide range of tax proceedings.
Prior to joining RCD, he advanced in his career at a number of prestigious companies and law firms, including Marsh and Auren.
