Suma Capital has reached an agreement to become the majority shareholder of Biovic, a biomethane company that specialises in biogas engineering and agro-industrial consulting, taking a key step towards strengthening its operational capacity
The strategic alliance between Biovic and Biomethane Initiatives, a joint platform of Suma Capital and Sitra, will provide the company with the necessary resources to advance the development and execution of its project portfolio, consolidating its position in the biomethane ecosystem in Spain.
A team led by Javier Olmos advised Suma Capital on this transaction.
