Telum Therapeutics completes an EUR 18 M funding round for the development of new antimicrobial therapies
Telum Therapeutics, a biotechnology company that uses its own metagenomic datasets, synthetic biology, and generative AI to develop new antimicrobial therapies, has concluded an EUR 18 M funding round
The transaction will enable the company to advance its lead programme targeting severe infections caused by Acinetobacter baumannii, a multidrug-resistant bacterium associated with serious infections in hospitalised patients.
A team led by Antoni Rosselló advised Telum on this transaction.
