The electrode manufacturing company, Jolt, promotes its international expansion with a new funding round
RCD advised Jolt, a company that specialises in the manufacturing of electrodes for hydrogen electrolysis, in a new funding round of up to EUR 8.5M, which will bolster its expansion plans in Chile, India, Saudi Arabia, and Italy
This transaction will involve the entry of the Saudi Al-Qahtani family as shareholders, through the Green Electrodes Consortium for Industry. The round will also involve the existing shareholders of the company.
A team formed by Antoni Rosselló and Diego Unceta led this transaction.
