RCD advised Exoticca, a platform specialised in long-haul travel, on the closing of its largest funding round to date, amounting to €60 million
This transaction will allow the start-up to further develop its digital platform and introduce artificial intelligence to evolve its product offering, enter new markets and improve customer experience with more accessible and affordable long-haul travel.
A team led by David Villa and Pablo Miró, Partner and Associate of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area, respectively, advised the start-up in this transaction.
