Advising Barlon Capital on its investment in the rental app, Badi
RCD advised Barlon Capital, a venture capital firm, on its investment in the room rental platform, Badi. This transaction will allow the Barcelona-based start-up to consolidate its growth and promote its different lines of business: Badi Marketplace, Badi Plus, and Badi Getaway.
Badi Marketplace, Badi's original line of business, is an app that offers room rentals between individuals. It features more than 700,000 rooms and has over 5 million downloads.
The team led by Javier Calzada, Partner of the Corporate and Commercial Law Area, advised Barlon Capital on this transaction.
