Experience

Javier is a commercial law specialist, especially when it comes to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), stock markets, purchase and sale of companies, as well as domestic and international contracts. He is also an expert in domestic and international commercial investments.

He regularly advises companies from a variety of fields, covering real estate, chemicals, energy, construction, boats, and works of art.
