RCD advised Castellví Real Estate Group on the sale of 12,000 square metres of land in the 22@ technology district of Barcelona to the developer, Conren Tranway
Eva Giménez, Partner of the Administrative Law and Urban Planning Area, and José María Durán, Partner of the Tax Law Area, led this transaction.
This is the first transaction for the purchase of land in the district since the end of 2021.
