Advising im3 on the acquisition of seyp ingeniería
RCD advised Ingenieros Emetres SL (IM3), a leading international engineering and consultancy company specialised in solutions for projects, on the acquisition of SEYP INGENIERÍA, S.L.U., an engineering company specialised in technical projects based in Alicante, Spain
The main objective of this transaction was to strengthen the positioning of IM3 in the Valencian Community, in line with the company's growth strategy for the coming years.
