Sara has ten years’ experience in the corporate and commercial field. She is an expert in national and international company and contract law and in merger and acquisition (M&A) operations, specifically in the energy sector.

Her professional career focuses primarily on advising national and international companies in commercial areas, in all aspects of daily management, as well as mergers and acquisitions, divisions, processes of organisational restructuring and company integrations, family-run businesses, joint ventures and also in processes of investment and divestment in national and foreign companies in various sectors.

Likewise, she has extensive experience in advising and supporting boards of directors, as well as in pre-litigation scenarios derived from corporate disputes.
