Advising Nuclia on its sale to the US company, Progress Software
Nuclia, a company specialising in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) artificial intelligence solutions, has completed its sale to Progress Software Corporation, a US company listed on the NASDAQ that develops software for the creation and implementation of business applications
With this acquisition, Progress Software will strengthen its data platform and expand its market presence, particularly among organisations interested in RAG technology. Nuclia offers a RAG solution that enables the generation of verifiable AI responses from proprietary business data.
