Experience
Júlia has over ten years of experience providing legal advice to national and multinational companies. As a lawyer of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area, she provides comprehensive advice to entrepreneurs and companies (start-ups) with a primarily technological base, accompanying her clients in all phases of the life cycle of their projects.
Júlia regularly advises clients on their M&A operations (share purchases, investment rounds, joint ventures, and restructuring operations), as well as on company law, incentive plans, and other corporate and commercial matters.
In addition, Júlia has experience in the regulatory field, having actively participated in authorisation and registration processes with the CNMV (The National Securities Market Commission) of management companies of collective investment entities (SGEICs) and venture capital entities (ECRs).
