Experience

Júlia has extensive experience providing comprehensive legal advice to entrepreneurs and start-ups, primarily of a technological nature, accompanying her clients in all phases of the life cycle of their projects, as well as investors, accelerators, incubators, and corporate groups.

Within her field of expertise, Júlia regularly advises clients on their M&A, share purchase, investment round, joint venture, and restructuring transactions, as well as on company law, FinTech, corporate venturing, and other corporate and commercial matters.

In addition, Júlia has extensive experience in the regulatory field, having actively participated in authorisation and registration processes with the CNMV (The Spanish National Securities Market Commission) of management companies of collective investment entities (SGEICs) and venture capital entities (ECRs).
