Advising US digital health company, Sensely, on its sale to Mediktor
RCD advised the US digital health company Sensely on its sale to Mediktor, which will emerge as one of the largest providers of artificial intelligence-based solutions in the healthcare ecosystem
The merger will enable Mediktor to expand its international presence to China, the Netherlands, Australia, and Thailand, bringing it to operate in 35 countries, and strengthen its presence in the United States.
The team led by Ramon Manyà and Ismael Peralta, Associates of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area, advised Sensely in this transaction.
