Experience

Ramon has more than fourteen years’ experience advising companies in both the national and international arena.

Additionally, he has participated in important deals for local and international clients, in particular, concerning funding rounds, acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and restructuring operations, having developed his career in such sectors as entrepreneurship, venture capital, real estate and industrial.

Before joining RCD, he worked in the corporate and commercial law department at BDO.
