Agartha real estate acquires a majority stake in onecowork
RCD advised OneCoWork, a premium flexible workspace company, on the acquisition of a majority stake by Agartha Real Estate, a real estate investment and asset manager
This transaction will give OneCoWork access to a wider network of resources and bolster its territorial expansion strategy. At the same time, Agartha expands its portfolio of co-working assets, consolidating its position as an investor in the flexible workspace industry.
