All Seas Capital acquires a minority stake in Synergym
RCD advised Synergym on the acquisition of a minority stake by All Seas Capital, a pan-European private equity fund
Synergym has rapidly established itself as one of the leading gym operators in Spain. It currently has more than 200,000 users and 96 clubs. The new funds will accelerate its expansion throughout the country.
A team led by Iñigo Montesino-Espartero, Partner of the Corporate and Commercial Area, was involved in advising Synergym on this transaction.
